ClioSoft's Consultants Program
ClioSoft's Consultants program is designed to help the EDA consultant become knowledgeable with ClioSoft's products and design data management with absolutely no cost to the consultant.
Benefits to the Consultant:
- Licenses of SOS and SOS viaDFII for personal use and training at no cost.
- Access to ClioSoft Online Support pages with documentation and application notes available only to customers.
- Email based technical support.
- Joint marketing opportunities and referrals for consulting services.
- Listing on the ClioSoft consultants page.
Consultant's Obligations:
The consultant has absolutely no obligations to ClioSoft other than abiding by the spirit and rules of membership in this program. However, we would appreciate any help promoting or improving our products by:
- Sharing any useful scripts or customizations made.
- Advising us on best practices and methodologies.
- Providing suggestions for enhancements.
- Writing and/or presenting technical papers in conferences.
- Spreading the word about ClioSoft in the industry.
- Giving us leads or helping us with prospective customers.
Requirements and Limitations:
- To join this program a consultant must provide proof that they are an independent consultant or belong to an organization whose primary business is to provide consulting services to the Electronics Design industry. Consultants may submit their company's website as evidence of providing consulting services. Consultants without a website may submit two contacts from their previous/present consulting work.
- Membership must be renewed annually by providing proof of eligibility as explained above.
- Consultants must agree to treat all material as confidential from any competitors or potential competitors of ClioSoft.
- Consultant many not make unfavorable remarks about ClioSoft and its products to customers or in any public forum.
- Consultant may use the software internal to their own organization. Licenses may not be resold or used at a customer site.
- ClioSoft maintains all rights to determine membership in the program. Membership may be denied or terminated without explanation.
