CLIOSOFT ADDS BUG TRACKING TO ITS DESIGN DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

New SOS Module Answers Customer Requests; Current Customer Receive Upgrades at No Charge

FREMONT, Calif., USA-May 30, 2000 -ClioSoft, Inc., an electronic design automation (EDA) company focused on improving electronic design team productivity, today announced a new version of the company's design data management system -- SOS. SOS now includes an integrated bug-tracking module and is available to existing customers at no charge.

The new bug-tracking module improves design productivity and aids in managing design releases (tape-outs). It tracks change requests, generates bug reports and keeps design teams current on project and change request status via email.

SOS is available now for Linux, NT and Unix platforms. SOS is offered $2500 (USD) per user. Quantity pricing for design teams is available. SOS with integrated bug tracking ships in August'2000. Upgrades will be sent to existing customers at no charge.
